RADMOT has received a grant from the European Union for the project: "Transformation of RADMOT company towards Industry 4.0 through the implementation of automation and robotization in the area of production processes related to the manufacturing of metal details".

The project is co-financed under the European Funds for Eastern Poland 2021-2027 programme, Priority I. Entrepreneurship and innovation, Measure 1. 2 Automation and robotisation of SMEs.

The project is implemented to strengthen the potential and introduce innovative solutions in the company.

As part of the project, the following activities are planned

1.

Conducting a technology audit with a digital maturity diagnosis and preparing a roadmap
2.

Acquisition and installation of fixed assets, including automatic lathes and robotic receiving and measuring stations
3.

Provision of training in the operation of the fixed assets considered for acquisition

Target groups

  • Business partners operating in the European Union,
  • suppliers of raw material, tools and media,
  • domestic and foreign customers from the automotive, machine, optical and electro-optical equipment, hydraulic and pneumatic components sectors, including companies from the medical, aviation and arms industries.
  • company employees.

Project objective

The aim of the project is to invest in modern technologies in the field of automation and robotisation of production processes.

Results

As a result of the investment, tangible benefits will be achieved related to increasing the capacity and efficiency of the currently implemented production process, resulting in an increase in the degree of application of Industry 4.0 technologies in the company's production activities.
