BRASS MILLING
Orders of 100 units per batch, with an annual volume of 500 units.
Brass milling enables the production of components with intricate shapes, complex geometries and high precision. We use state-of-the-art CNC milling machines, including 5-axis machines, which allows us to carry out CNC brass machining to the highest standard. Brass CuZn39Pb3/CW614N
This is the most commonly used alloy in machining. Its excellent machinability enables fast and precise turning and allows for the achievement of very smooth surfaces.
Brass CuZn40Pb2/CW617N
An alloy with good corrosion resistance, used mainly in the manufacture of sanitary fittings and valves. Easy to machine, particularly when turning and milling.
Brass CuZn37/CW508L
A lead-free material used, amongst other things, in electronics and electrical engineering. It is characterised by good ductility and resistance to deformation.
Brass CuZn21Si3P/CW724RL
This is an environmentally safe lead-free alloy that meets EU requirements regarding the restriction of hazardous substances. It is distinguished by its corrosion resistance and ease of machining.
