TITANIUM MILLING – creating complex shapes and parts
Orders from 100 pieces per batch, with a minimum of 500 pieces per year.
Thanks to modern 5-axis machines, we offer professional titanium milling, enabling the production of components with complex geometries, deep pockets or thin-walled structures. TITANIUM ANODISING – aesthetics and durability
We also offer a titanium anodising service, which not only improves the aesthetics of parts but also increases their resistance to corrosion and wear. This process allows components to be given durable, decorative colours without the use of paints or varnishes – the colour is achieved through the phenomenon of light interference in the oxide layer. Titanium anodising is the ideal solution for industries requiring a high-quality surface finish, such as medicine, aviation and the precision engineering sector.

We utilise modern CAM systems, which enable efficient programming and process simulation, eliminating the risk of production errors.
Modern machinery and advanced technologies
We have one of the largest fleets of CNC machining equipment in Poland – over 80 CNC machines, including 5-axis machining centres and automatic lathes. Thanks to a high degree of process automation and robotisation, we carry out serial production of titanium whilst maintaining short delivery times. We have an extensive measurement laboratory where we conduct detailed dimensional checks, including both before and after the optional assembly of components.

Grade 2 Titanium
Grade 2 titanium is a material valued for its excellent corrosion resistance and good weldability.
Grade 3 Titanium
Grade 3 titanium is characterised by higher mechanical strength than Grade 2, whilst maintaining corrosion resistance, particularly in highly oxidising environments.
Grade 5 Titanium (Ti6Al4V)
The most popular titanium alloy. It is a material with high strength, low weight and excellent heat resistance. We use it in the production of aerospace and automotive parts, as well as medical components subjected to high loads.
Grade 5 Eli Titanium
Grade 5 Eli is a version of Ti6Al4V with enhanced purity, used primarily in the medical sector.
