Can Polish CNC companies compete with Asian giants?
In the next episode of our vlog, Piotr Stańczyk, Vice President of RADMOT, discusses an important and intriguing topic - can RADMOT, a Polish leader in the production of precision aluminum parts, compete with the Asian giant, Foxconn?
Foxconn is known worldwide as a manufacturer of cases for Apple and other tech giants. Their products, often made of aluminum, are produced on the same machines that we have at RADMOT. Although Foxconn operates on a massive scale, we at RADMOT also have advanced production technologies. What sets us apart? The scale of operations. Foxconn factories operate thousands of machines and robots, while we have dozens - still impressively many by European standards.
Our technology is comparable to that used by Foxconn. This allows us to produce small, precise aluminum parts with excellent efficiency, reaching hundreds of thousands of pieces annually. Moreover, we have our own anodizing plant, which allows us to prepare surfaces in various colors - from natural, through black, graphite, red, green, to colors dedicated to individual customers.
Why choose RADMOT? Large-scale production does not always mean an advantage. Local companies can be better served by European suppliers, shortening delivery paths and saving time and money. Transport from Asia involves high costs and CO₂ emissions. By buying locally, we avoid these problems and can respond more quickly to market changes.
